Any enquiry or support for users using the trial version of Restoret would be answered by email only.
Premium Support Package
We offer Premium Support Package for the paid user of Restoret software. Users having paid license are entitled to following support services from Restoret staff members for one long year.
Free license upgrade to new builds and new releases and versions.
Support query would be answered within 8 hours of receipt of the email.(Generally it takes 2 hours)
Registered user can avail the telephonic support in relation to the product.
Restoret users can avail the services of Live Chat.
Note: Support packages can be renewed before one month of the expiry of the existing support package.
